Returns Policy
You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 4-5 working days of us receiving your returned item. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you have received a damaged item please contact us, we can refund, replace or fix your item. Please Contact Us.
Shipping
Our shipping costs are worked out on the Total weight of your order, although some of our larger/ heavier items are priced individually. We ship every product throughout the UK however we do not ship our heavier/Larger items abroad.
If you live outside of the UK and would like one of our heavier items shipped please Contact Us with more information on your location and the item and we can try and arrange a bespoke shipment.
