We use Square to take all major debit and credit cards and we also have a Paypal option.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! The little gift logo in the top right corner of the screen will take you to our ‘Gift Certificate’ page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

With standard purchases we try to dispatch by the next working day and all UK postage is 48 hour. International postage does vary. Please check our shipping table to see the postage time scale.

What do you mean ‘Made To Order’?

‘Made to Order’ items are products that we have previously had for sale on our website and could make them or something similar again. If you would like to order a ‘Made To Order’ please contact us with the name of the product you like.

Can I commission a bespoke piece?

Yes you can! If you want something special and designed just for you come and talk to us. We will talk through the design to make sure you get exactly what you want and be in contact all throughout the build with photos of progress. Feel free to email info@dappr-aviation or book a visit to start your bespoke project.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days of us receiving your returned item. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you have received a damaged item please contact us, we can refund, replace or fix your item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes and no. Our large and heavy items are not shipped abroad due to the large cost but if you live outside the UK and would like a shipping quote on one of our larger items please contact us.

Where are the materials sourced?

We have 12 companies that supply us with aircraft parts. This gives us a wide range of fixed wing and rotary parts from commercial, military, and historic aircraft. All parts are sourced in the UK.

Our wood supplier is very local to us in Beccles, Suffolk. He has a great selection of hardwoods, all dried and kilned. Our glass is also local, coming from Norwich, Norfolk.
